Description de la mission

-          The Treasury Project Manager will report directly to the Head of Group Financing & Treasury

-          Fully integrated into the Corporate Treasury team, He/She will play a key role in modernizing and setting the new standard for EGIS Treasury organization

-          He/She will primarily concentrate on the worldwide roll out of the new Treasury Management System of the Group (Diapason) which is scheduled in several waves in the coming years :

coordinate the TMS roll out project with the Group ERP roll out
be the point of contact for the banks on the project planning and management
close collaboration with the Group Cash Manager and Region Treasurers to validate the scope of roll outs (users, bank accounts, formats…)
organize the test campaigns together with ERP Teams, Diapason Teams and the banks
provide trainings to new users on cash management/payments and Treasury reporting in the TMS
ensure smooth transition to the new tool for payments and reporting processes liaising with Region Treasurers
remain as key point of support after TMS implementation
-          He/She will work on increasing the coverage of the flows handled by Diapason (HR, …)

-          He/She will be the TMS functional administrator

-          The Treasury Project Manager will also be involved in other future Corporate Treasury Tools to be implemented as the key owner of referential data, interfaces design and implementation (together with Editors and IT teams)

-          He/She will participate to the integration of newly acquired companies into the EGIS Treasury organization

Description du profil recherché

-          Master’s degree in finance (equivalent Bac+5 in France)

-          Professional experience of at least 3 years in a similar role or in a Corporate Treasury of a multinational, or in an Editor/Consulting firm on TMS integration projects

-          Previous experience of TMS implementation projects

-          Diapason knowledge will be a real plus

-          Full proficiency in English and French languages (oral/written)

-          Great communication skills both written and verbal

-          Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines

-          Excellent organization, administration and interpersonal skills

-          Proactive outlook: hands-on can do mentality, flexible

-          Proficiency in MS Office suite notably Excel
